Terms of Service for One-Time Cleaning

By confirming your booking through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Cleaning services (standard, deep, or move-in/out) will be performed according to our checklist, based on the selected service type.

2. Payment Terms

100% prepayment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a 50% refund. No-shows or denied access will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Access to Property

Clients must either be present during the cleaning or provide access (e.g., key, code).

5. Damage & Liability

Cleanly Group LLC carries liability insurance that may cover damages caused during service. Clients are encouraged to remove fragile or valuable items.

6. Confirmation

By submitting your booking through our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
