Recurring Cleaning Service Agreement

This agreement is between Cleanly Group LLC ("Company") and the Client ("Client") for recurring home cleaning services.

1. Services Provided

The Company will provide cleaning services (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out) as selected by the Client and detailed in our service checklist.

2. Frequency & Schedule

Client may choose the service frequency: once, twice, or four times per month. The schedule will be set during initial setup and may be adjusted upon request.

3. Payment & Billing

Cleaning costs depend on the size of the home and number of monthly visits. The Client agrees to automatic billing, processed monthly, based on the selected service plan. 100% prepayment is required before services are rendered each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

The Client may cancel the subscription at any time. Any remaining prepaid services will still be completed, but no refunds will be issued for unused cleanings.

5. Access to Property

Client must either be present at the time of service or provide access via key/code.

6. Liability & Insurance

Although cleaners operate as independent contractors (1099), the Company assumes full responsibility for any damages caused during cleaning. The Company maintains liability insurance to cover such incidents.

7. Confidentiality

Cleanly Group LLC agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and property.

8. Agreement & Changes

This agreement remains in effect until cancelled by the Client. Cleanly Group LLC reserves the right to update service terms with prior notice to the Client.
